According to the Mandatory Stay-at-Home order issued by Colorado Governor Jared Polis in late March 2020, Colorado residents can only leave their home to:
- Obtain food and other household necessities
- Deliver food and other household necessities to others as well as products or equipment necessary to maintain the safety, sanitation, and critical operation of a residence
- Engage in an outdoor activity such as walking, hiking, nordic skiing, snowshoeing, biking or running [only in Colorado would a Springtime Gubernatorial Executive Order cover skiing and snowshoeing]
- Perform work for critical industries
- Care for a family member, a vulnerable person, or a pet in another household, or to care for livestock kept at a location other than an individual’s home
- Seek medical care
