Vote for whomever you like, and all of your votes are counted. For example, if you wanted to vote for Joe Biden and Bill Hammons, both votes would count. If you want to vote for both Donald Trump and Bill Hammons, both votes count. This system can use ballots exactly as they already are and allows you to better express your will as a voter.
It is not clear to me how this works. Please explain.
